Election Court Rules in Favor of MK Over ANC in Party Registration Dispute

The Election Court has ruled in favor of the MK, stating there are no issues with the party’s registration.

The court declared that the ANC failed to present significant points that clearly explain where the registration process for the MK was flawed, thereby dismissing the ANC’s application.

This comes after the ANC began criticizing the Umkhonto we Sizwe on the day Jacob Zuma announced his campaign for the movement.

These criticisms were disregarded, according to MK’s lawyer, Adv Dali Mpofu, who openly criticized the ANC in court.
