Authorities are currently searching for 72-year-old Thenbeni Natalia Ngwane, who has been missing since a tornado devastated Tongaat, KZN on Monday, 3rd June 2024.

Ngwane’s family reported that she was at her home in Magwaveni, KZN, shortly before the tornado destroyed her residence.
Despite thorough searches through the rubble, they have been unable to locate her. It remains unconfirmed whether she was transported to a medical facility.
